I have promises (well, resolutions) to keep, and miles to go before I sleep. I am blogging to keep myself honest in the pursuit of health and happiness. I have made two resolutions for 2014:
To give up coffee for a year
To start running
The coffee is self explanatory; for the running, I have worked out a circuit of just over a mile from my home which I plan to walk/run every day. When I can run it without resorting to walking, I will plan the next challenge!
