Oh my goodness the New Year is getting closer! I have been doing pretty well in preparing for my "not drinking coffee" resolution - I'm down to one cup a day, and that seems to be fine. I think none at all will be harder - especially when I smell that delicious aroma in a coffee shop!
I'm not doing quite so well on the running, though. The plan was to start doing regular brisk walks, so that when I start building up to running in the new year, it's not such a hurdle. Problem is, there always seems to be some good excuse to not leave the house and get some exercise. I'm going to have to work on that.
I have done a couple of my "just over a mile" circuits; but I need to make getting out there a habit.
